Managing Your Account

  1. Login into your account via the Login button.
  2. Once logged, select Change Password from the menu on the left hand side.
  3. Follow the prompts to change your password.
  4. If you have any issues changing your password, please contact our tech support officer, Amanda Johnson, on 0423 748 029 or amanda@twigmarketing.com.

To reset or recover your password:

  1. Select the Login button in the top right hand corner of our website.
  2. On the login screen, select Forgotten password?.
  3. Enter your email address or username, then select Get New Password.
  4. A link will be sent to your email to help you reset your password.
