About the Unit
The Student Wellbeing unit is tasked with ensuring that students have access to an integrated and coordinated program of personal supports, guidance and connection to assist students achieve academic success. The focus of the Accessibility unit is on providing health and wellbeing, and support for students, along with advocacy for students with disability or health condition to navigate their way through University. Our initiatives help students with the reasonable adjustments they require for successful experience at University.

In this role you will:
- Lead and implement initiatives that improve the student experience by delivering high-quality, timely and effective customer-focused service across the student lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other university departments and external organizations to provide initiatives and innovation for students with disabilities and health conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies that promote an inclusive and accessible learning environment for students with disabilities and accessibility needs.
- Manage the student Financial Wellbeing application process.
This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

What we offer
The remuneration for this position is from $119,778 – $128,332 FTE +17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
